Delete your data

This page describes how to request deletion of your Ollie account and the personal and business data tied to it, based on the controls available in our mobile app today.

Delete your account in the Ollie app

If you can sign in to Ollie, you can start account deletion from the app:

  1. Open the Ollie app and sign in.
  2. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read the on-screen notice, then type DELETE exactly as shown and confirm.

Submitting this request records your deletion with us, restricts access to your account, revokes connected social logins where applicable, and schedules removal of your data from our systems. A copy of your data may be prepared as part of this process; if you need help obtaining it, email privacy@94alpacas.com.

What happens after you request deletion

  • Your deletion request is confirmed in the app after it is successfully submitted.
  • Permanent deletion of your account and associated data is completed within 30 days of that request, subject to any legal or security requirements that require us to retain specific information for a limited period.

If you cannot use the app

If you are unable to sign in or complete the steps above, contact us at privacy@94alpacas.com from the email address associated with your account (or explain why that is not possible). Include that you want to delete your Ollie account and data. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
